What was the last movie you watched?

Re: What's the last film you watched?

I find Dane Cook extremely annoying.
Little off topic, but I always found this MadTV parody of his style pretty damned accurrate. He is obnoxious as hell.
Also, last film was Luis Brunel's Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie this morning. I recommend it to anyone.

My husband really wanted me to see the "Rubber" that's the name I believe... About a tire... It was very...interesting :))) the good thing is I was actually able to see the whole movie until the end... Watched "The green hornet" the new version - loved it! What else..."horrible bosses" - was bored to death, there're a few moments that I found kinda funny but the rest was....well doesn't matter. But the idea was good though, I've got a problem with execution.

The last film I watched in cinema was probably Captin America. On Blu-ray, the last one I watched was Jurassic Park: The Lost World. I wasn't that impressed with it.

Nobody seems to like that one very much. Last time I saw it was when it first came out (about 14 years ago!) and I wasn't very impressed with it then. I've never seen the third Jurassic Park movie, most people seem to think it's better than the second one.

I watched Stake Land on Blu-Ray last night, thought it was ok but nothing real spectacular. Worth checking out if you're a horror fan.

I think it's time to watch "The men who stare at goats" it is still my favorite movie at this point... Watched " Forrest Gump" again. When I watched it for the 1st time long time ago I hated it. It made me feel very isolated maybe even lonely but now I looked at it differently and actually liked it.

I've seen the third one and it was good as far as I remember. I'm going to watch it again on Blu-ray sometime soon. I'm getting excited for the 4th installment.

I went to see that with some friends at the cinema and we all thought it was boring and dull.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

Love it :)

It helps that I had some knowledge of WWII and cold war history, natural history and anthropology. They fit together nicely. Yes, the film was, on the whole, cheesy. The plot line was rather predictable. But at least it makes good, fun entertainment :)

Re: What's the last film you watched?

I watched In Time earlier today... the concept itself is pretty cool where you are engineered and ones time actually serves as well... "money", the movie by visuals and all kinda felt a bit like a standard dystopian sci-fi flick. There were some things in the movie though that I thought were pretty awesomely designed (I liked the policecars; but I guess all movies have some awesome design elements) + I didn't really get put of by stupid "continuity" errors.

Because, for one, and this isn't really giving the story away too much. All actors in the movie looked young. This is according to the story line, because your clock... (or your money actually) actually starts ticking at the age of 25. Thus everyone is engineered to look 25 for the rest of their life. Thought it was pretty weird to see a world where everyone was in their mid 20's, though some really came across as "older" by way of speech and all, but it fitted the story.

So all in all, I think it's about a 7 or so out 0f 10 in my opinion.

I've recently watched "23" or was it "number 23"?... for the 1st time... not bad. ..."bad teacher" why did I watched it again? oh, yeah I hoped it would get better but it didn't :)
The Muppets - we went to the movies to see it, it was a sensory friendly movie event or something like that... we went with kids, I spent most of the time chasing my younger son. So I guess I didn't really watched it, just bits and pieces.
