Three sentences about you, one of which is true, the other two untrue.

A. I once inherited over a million dollars.
B. I hiked the Appalachian trail.
C. I was born with an extra finger, which was removed.

Guessing C, Born with an extra finger. Because its unusual as well as interesting.

A>Aqua is my favourite colour.
B>Read Lord of the Rings more than 50 times.
C>Knew a wild lynx as a child.

My guess is A, since an aqua-like color figures prominently in your avatar.

a) I have a pet tortoise which walks to heel
b) I once drove off with my cat sleeping on the roof of my car, and didn't realise until I stopped at the end of my road and she slid down the windscreen.
c) I love peanut butter

I am drawn to C, because you're apparently British by your spellings. British people don't generally like peanut butter much, so loving it would make you peculiar in a way American members here might not expect.

Me:
1. I am a dr.
2. I like taking risks.
3. I am married.

3. You're married.

I am going to guess B is false.

I'm going to guess B. Mainly because it is the one I like the most.

Guessing C, Born with an extra finger. Because its unusual as well as interesting.

Nope, no extra fingers. I've hiked about a third of the Appalachian trail between the ages of 23 and 35, but fell out of shape and hiking partners over the last decade. So alas, that dream has faded.

The answer is A, then. I inherited well over a million dollars from a fiancé who died before our wedding. He left everything to me as he had no next of kin, but it turns out that his fortune was illegally obtained so it was all confiscated by the IRS/Gov't agencies shortly after the reading of the will, less $50k I had already donated to an international charity that wasn't required to give it back.

I'm not sad, though. It was through that donation that I met former AC member AdamR, who introduced me to Nadador, who introduced me to Harrison. I'd rather have him than a pile of money.

Ooooh, didn't see this thread ;)

1. I passed the qualifiers and trained for the Olympic swimming team.
2. Had to lie low after the Mafia put a contract out on me.
3. I was undercover for MI5

A. I once inherited over a million dollars.
B. I hiked the Appalachian trail.
C. I was born with an extra finger, which was removed.

I knew that one and missed my chance :)

Perceptive of you :) However, I don't think I've ever actually tried peanut butter, but I don't like peanuts so I'd probably hate it :p

I'm guessing 1., because I don't think we're living in a TV drama :emojiconfused::tonguewink:

Darn it! That's what I get for being clever. The tortoise looked good, and I know you can teach them to come when called. But nooooo, I had to overthink!

Can't comment on your answer, but in general you'd be very surprised just how much some of Harrison's life belongs in a movie. ;)

Ah well, it was some amusingly clever reasoning none the less (since loving peanut butter is pretty weird in my humble opinion) :p I wish I could take credit for training Horace (the tortoise) so well, but he just likes following people around.

wait, some people actually have lives more interesting than my boring existence? That's just not cricket!

#1 is 100% correct .:)

However, I did have a contract taken out on me but by a different set of baddies. Plus I did work undercover for a different alphabet agency :)

So I sort of cheated, but yeah I'm a drama lama.

Horace the tortoise sounds lovely, but the least unlikely of the three:)

Slithy's inheritance also the last I would consider.

Harrison passing the qualifier's would have been my guess, but nothing to see here wins that one.

Suzanne being married was not my guess either, Slithy wins on that one.

Okay, only one is true.

A) I can split an arrow when shooting a bow and arrow at least half of the time. (That means I can shoot tow back to back bulls eyes.)

B) I can fully butcher and, have all of the meat from a whitetail deer in the freezer in under twenty minutes.

C) I own and can fire a 20mm missile launcher.

I want all of them to be true...,

But I go for B :)

Things I've bumped into:

A: Portaging a canoe I bumped into a moose with the canoe, on a trail. I thought it was a tree at first, and then slowly backed away when I realized it was a moose.

B: Buying acrylic paints at an art store I bumped into an older man, he asked the cashier if they knew anyone in the area who could work as an assistant in his studio, she gave him a list of art colleges. The older man was Mark Rothko, I had no idea who he was, the cashier recognized him. It occurred to me two days later that I might have said something about working as his assistant.

C. Bumped into an unknown plant in a rain forest, while hiking, which caused a rash on my leg a week later. The rash spread and covered most of my shin and caused the doctor who treated it to consult every dermatologist that he knew. Eventually the rash disappeared with the correct treatment.

I shall go with A as I think the chances of meeting a moose that has a canoe are pretty slim :)

Actually B, I can butcher a deer and get all of the meat in the freezer in under 20 minutes is true.

I can split arrows when I shoot my bow and arrow but only about 25% of the time.

I don't own a missile launcher but, I do have a 20mm warhead (shell only) that a friend made into a bookend for me.

MIA, I think B is true.

A is possible but unlikely , the moose would probably move or make a sound before you got that close. C is also possible but, I do not think you hiked that deeply into a rain forest.

Beverly, you know your moose;) I did have a canoe on my shoulders when I encountered a young female but didn't bump into her, she backed up a little as I did, as I waited she moved on towards the lake.

Have hiked through many rainforests in the world, but never had a rash like the one I picked up locally while looking for fossils.

Did encounter the painter, and apologized for bumping into him.
