The Four 4's Game

Using my base + offset method, I have an unbroken sequence of solutions from 0 to 112* without using the decimal point or percentage sign. (There is some overlap. @Nervous Rex, your reminder of factorial was instrumental in its development.)

*110 does not fit my pattern, but was still solvable. 113 has me stumped. There are more above 113, but it is my first hole.

69 = 4! * √!4 - Γ4 / √4 basic
69 = !√(4%') + 4%' + 4 - 4 fancy (I stole your !√(4%')=44 trick, above)

70 = 4 x 4 x 4 + (√!4)! basic
70 = (√(4%'))%' x 4 - √((!√4)%') + !(!√4) fancy
70 = (√4)%' + (√(4%'))%' + 4 - 4 fancier

71 is such a messy number, so I cheated and looked online for the answer to 71. And boy- y'all have your work cut out for you.

Hint..... think decimals.
