Thanks for this information Butterfly88! Sounds great , now if only the rents were affordable for those working to support themselves. Only the highest earners can afford $3300/mo. But a step in the right direction.
 
Maybe a step in the right direction
While this offers more, and i oversimplify, it gives me the "give me lots of money so you can live here decently because you are different and nobody else in the society gives you this opportunity" feeling

Good point, that is a lot for an apartment.

It would be good if they had a sliding scale or something, why make everyone pay that much?
