It's a skill for a reason--and like a lot of skills takes a lot of work to get good at. You seem to be in a pretty supportive environment which should help you a lot. Good luck!

My family (bio dad and stepdad, who’s also ND) are aiming to teach me proper social skills. I’d rather trust my stepdad as he’s ND and thus has experience with such

The only way I've learned is to just kind of go with it & start small. It's been ten years' work. Emily Post's Etiquette is a fantastic guide because it's meant not to preserve formality, but to help others feel welcome.

You have to physically punch in? Isn't it all contactless cards and card readers these days? Or maybe you have to physically punch the door to get in because it's old and it sticks? I'd rather kick a door than punch one.

I don´t think that you´re "fat." I was not really thick, but I had 10 kilos (25 lbs) more 2 years ago and I accepted myself the same as I do now. so I not thought bad of me and this not really strained me, even when I´m glad that I have now 25 lbs less. like 2 versions of myself. but I accepted and accept both.
l'm thinking of concealing my face in all future YT videos to prevent pervy comments (I know I'm an adult now but I'm really uncomfortable by romantic advances (unless they're platonic or in a joking/sarcastic), like in this video below. What can I do to conceal my face? I was thinking of either wearing a mask or something like that.
and I literally made a fool of myself when I was out with my friend on her bday.. I rarely go out because my family isn’t the type to go out too often due to the current situation with everything being expensive as heck. I want to cease to exist slowly but surely..
Anxiety and unwanted thoughts stink :( if I could get rid of them, I would. Having one of my bad mental health days sadly :( if anybody wants to talk my messages are open
