Experiences on forming an Autism Group - Another Chapter

Indeed, after so much issues in my autism group, the two founders of my previous autism support group fell out due to petty disputes.

View attachment 3013

It is over the insistence of one founder saying, 'some of us, who are in universities and colleges, deserve more support than those with no ability to do better in life.' Hence, he created trouble after the publishing of an article that echoes his view, and now, he's all out to form his 'special needs' group.

While I wish him well, he is the exact person who drove me out of the group and stopped me from saying my opinion, in cahoot with an easily gullible co-admin, so I still feel bitter. I feel that we had wasted time fighting each other - and to be honest, I may not have the ability to work with two helplessly stubborn, and ignorant, people who just don't see the point of doing more things for our group's good.

Eventually, I think our community is lost. We had lots of opportunities, but we missed them all as we spiral into endless squabbles.
