What song are you listening to right now?

I'm actually watching the Eurovision Songfestival finale. They're on the entry of Sweden now. I feel like I've heard it before, like in a remix or something. Can't remember.

 
This song is based on a real incident, when an elderly couple, one with alzheimers and the driver just having had brain surgery, got in their car and headed off to a local festival. They were found about 2 weeks later still in their car, off the road, hundreds of miles away in the countryside.
