Guess l am lucky. Don't experience extreme anger. If things can't be changed, it's more intelligent to think of solutions then respond with anger in my pea brain. You don't win in life with anger,you win with intelligence and grit. (or balls)
 
My meltdowns are more internal. I feel like there is a mental block and i can't think clearly. I struggle to work out the right thing to say or do and just shut down. If pressured during this time i have to fight back tears and the immense urge to retreat. I also have anxiety attacks and feel shaky ...hot... sweaty and weak.
I think these are called "shutdowns" they are the same response as meltdowns, someone more knowledgeable may come on.
