Answer a QUESTION with a QUESTION

Don't you want to be a bit careful about accepting Wavy Gravy's biscuits & gravy before you know ALL the ingredients?

Didn't you say though, that you only use all natural, cruelty-free detergent that hasn't been tested on socks?

Don't you think that cruelty directed at, and the general attitude of disrespect shown to socks is something deserving much wider attention than it is currently getting from the media?

How else can one explain the glee at keeping all those billions of hard working articles of clothing in a socially constructed state of permanent oppression?

Is the "it" in "sock it to me" a standin for "the socks", and the original phrase was just too confusing for people?

Why would people say "sock the socks to me" if they can just say "gimme the socks" without getting their tongue knotted up?

Isn't that normally defined by context - based on what is going on at the time, like if you can't find the bathtub stopper, and somebody says "put a sock in it" you automatically know they mean "in the bathtub drain"?
