Sometimes I just need to hang out in my bed and listen to music. It was a slow weekend businesswise so I'm just having a chill Monday.
I took my dogs to the beach. I seriously wish I had been recording, because ENZO PEED AND POOPED ON A SAND CASTLE!! I never laughed so hard!

Nope. A bunch of them went swimming, but that's fine because it was very warm out. The Pointer refuses to have anything to do with water.
And yes, it was an abandoned sand castle. I know this is horrible but it would've been even funnier if a kid had just built it LOL

Then you could have scooped up the poop and bought the kid an ice-cream in compensation for the temporary desecration of their beach temple. Just not chocolate soft-serve... ;)

Sounds like you had fun though - all of you! :)

(The ice-cream thing came from the old joke about the hospital announcement that due to a mix-up in urology, no apple juice was being served for lunch...)
My emotions are out of control. Sorry for so much negativity, I’m not usually like this :( I know I have a hormone imbalance (estrogen)
    Lou Laurinen
    Lou Laurinen
Lol!! That's not what I'm saying at all. Hormone imbalances can cause mood swings and changes in emotions.
I'm also cranky because of the pelvic pain.

I always to pills that had the lowest amount. I think l took estrogen only.

You can always split them if you think the dose might be too high and you want to try it lower - just it may interfere with contraception but if that's not primarily what you're taking it for, then it's no biggie to use backup if contraception is required.
I found out that the conservation land behind my house is used for rituals by a satanic cult. Not joking.

GET AWAY FROM THAT PLACE IMMEDIATELY

Like I said, it might not be true. Idk if they would put a whole housing development in a place where that was a known issue. There is a lot of conflicting information online. But I’m only here temporarily anyways.
I don’t know what’s going on with my emotions lately. I should probably get some help. Might be because I’ve bottled things up for too long.

I've been worrying about you a bit with the way you've described some of this. It's a lot. If you're in therapy, ask your therapist--definitely find some kind of help

I see my therapist in a few days. I think I’ve just been bottling up emotions for too long and not talking about what’s actually bothering me. There are a lot of things that have happened lately in my life that are probably contributing to my distress.

Girl- pm then. Or email. Just get it out. Sometimes we just got to talk to a neutral party.
I know I should try to be less negative about myself, but I really don’t feel like I’m doing a good job of being anything besides annoying.

But then, I'm sure that the conspiracy theorists / alternative facts people on this ND-specific forum aren't going to think I'm Ms Wonderful either (and that's fair enough, and vice versa).

And likewise, I met people I'm still in touch with years later, on not specifically ND forums, and think it's going to be similar here...

I do think this is the most thematically interesting and diverse forum I've been on, and has a ton of people who give it a good atmosphere, and nobody I've come across I would describe as a troll (not all conspiracy theorists etc are trolls, and not all trolls are conspiracy theorists...)

Callistemon, I found that standing out for being different was a cause for friction with some people on NT forums. On autistic forums difference is more accepted. People may disagree but disparage you much less just for being different.
The difference between a weasel and a stoat is that a weasel is weasily recognized, but a stoat is stoatally different. :p

I don't think this is particularly painful, for sure. And the reason it happens boils down to Australia being a harsh environment, and that it's better for the species as a whole for the females to be well-nourished in pregnancy and lactation, than for the males to compete with them for limited food and survive to the next breeding season.
    Callistemon
    Callistemon
The young born that year will provide all the breeding males required for the next breeding season. Little animals like that rarely live beyond 2-3 years anyway, in the wild. The really important thing to me is that the species doesn't go extinct.
    Callistemon

Did you know that because of the harsh environment, the male emu brings up the chicks after the female has laid the massive eggs? That way she can recuperate from that process and go take care of herself, while he shares the load by bringing up the babies. :)
I just got a deal on a dog training facility, and a business partner. But I am down $1K after having to replace my laptop. I hate adulting

    1k? Aaaaa
    Lou Laurinen
    Lou Laurinen
Yes!! It was like the one you showed me but had more storage. 1k was with all the protection coverage (which I apparently need, after drowning my laptop in teriyaki sauce) and antivirus. Ouch
Someone literally said to me “Don’t be surprised if your dogs turn on you and kill you. Stats don’t lie.” I’m tired of real life trolls. Ew
Both of my laptops seem to have kicked the bucket. Now I have to get a new one tomorrow and transfer all my files. Lots of $. Not happy.

Sounds like maybe some loose connection in the innards somewhere or maybe overheating somewhere? ...with laptops that kind of thing is so impossible compared to desktop computers. Can't exactly open them and look easily...

"Kicking the bucket" is such a funny saying. In German the equivalent is "Biting into the grass" - go figure. ;)

I’m tech illiterate for the most part lol. I will take both computers in to the shop in a couple of hours. I think the one that had the teriyaki mishap is probably past its time. Lol
People, in general, have really been irritating me lately. Why is being kind so uncool nowadays?? I wish I could put irl people on "ignore."

I don't know it probably has become uncool all of sudden :D
Maybe I should wish a horrible weekend next time :D
Neighbor with crap for brains confronted me about Enzo being skinny. Pointers are bred to be fast. They're narrow! You can't see his ribs.

Different breeds have different metabolic rates too, and different energy levels. Of course he is going to burn calories faster than my Newfoundland.

Another example of the Dunning-Kruger Effect, Luca! :) If you don't know what that is you will be really amused looking it up.

that's how neurotypicals are, even those amongst our family or friends who don't listen to what we try telling them, along with us getting snapped at over every little thing,as well as simple one, while also getting yelled at for it & being expeced to do or say nothing about it.
