I’m going to look into birth control that does not have estrogen, and hopefully that will reduce the emotional instability and also help with my PCOS and PMS. I’ve been having horrible pelvic pain too which isn’t helping.

So what you are saying is....The more 'womanly you are, the more emotionally unstable?

I'm feeling super calm today. I guess that damn estrogen levels are at bay. I think there's a 200 to 1 ratio or something. In males.
