You Know You’re Autistic When…

..when you HAVE to finish your project or the world will end and you wake up and immediately go to your passions/ projects. You hate changing your focus.

...when you need sameness to function and react negatively to the slightest change or transition. Changes in plans can wreck your entire day.

...when you go an extended amount of time not talking to friends and then pick up where you left off years later.

...when its hard to listen because you are focused on what your face is doing, copying their face, what tones of voice might mean and how to copy their tone, and then also what they are saying, all while having a brain with a slower processing time because you have to translate pictures in your head into words and translate their words into pictures (if you are right brain autistic).
