What was the last movie you watched?

Holes. Again.
I have read the book, several times.
Have a copy.

This year I read Small Steps (novel) - Wikipedia.
What's up with Armpit, a couple years after his release.

Cat's Eye (1985) and it was absolutely brilliant. :D
I don't normally love "horror anthology" movies but this one was different. Not too many stories, only three in this, and all good. Some genuine scares, which is rare for me (usually I find horrors either funny or just gross).
The cat who features in each story was actually a very impressive animal actor. James Woods was funny. Kenneth McMillan was detestable. Drew Barrymore was adorable as usual, as the little girl in peril. Must protect!
And djinn are real by the way (which I know because they haunt my nightmares).

Speaking of horror anthologies, the last movie I've watched recently was Creepshow.
If you've not seen it, I'd recommend it. It was directed by George A. Romero and it's screenplay was written by Stephen King (who also starred in one of the stories).
The movie itself is a homage to the horror comics of the 1950s - both in style and tone - and it's tagline is "the most fun you'll ever have been scared".

I know the one. Ooh there's something amazing under the stairs.. You should go in and see what it is! Yes, in the shadows, a bit further. A bit further. I'm telling you you'll love it. A.. Bit.. Further.. :D
