What song are you listening to right now?

i love this so much... it just blows me away
a super cool rock song so tastefully remastered into... I don't know what... I wish it was on iTunes.

I really wanted to like the symphonic version ↑ but i was disappointed. Not sure why, but most likely I need to hear that sweet Slash riff accompanied by Axl Rose's unmistakeable vocals and swagger (while he was in his prime, not the current beer-bellied version). The two, IMHO, cannot be separated.

I just like instruments over vocals... I like songs with vocals of course, but the instruments are what always get my attention. : )

In the early 90’s I was in the middle of a French obsession (learning the language) and I bought an Edith Piaf CD. One day I put it on full volume in my room, and my sister came to ask me to turn it off, since her boyfriend was coming, and she didn’t want to be embarrassed (by having a sister with such uncool taste on music). I said no, and she hit me!
I didn’t turn it off...

I love her version of La Vie En Rose and used to have that album.
