What is the stupidest thing I can think of? Giving up on success before making any effort to succeed. Examples:

• "I won't try dating because I will get rejected."
• "I won't go on an interview because they will hire someone else."
• "I won't sign up for classes because I will flunk out."
• "I won't start a diet and exercise regimen because I will never get in shape."

Real head-scratchers, those are.
