What did you have for breakfast ?

Crow should be cooked in ways similar to pheasant or partridge. Some say it should be smothered in bacon fat and garlic - depends how much you like bacon, I guess.

Greek yoghurt with honey. Greek coffee. I cycle between Greek, Turkish and Arabic (with cardamom). All are made in the briki, and I take it metrios. And today a homemade hot cross bun. (My wife says I can call it a “test batch” but, truth be told, I muddled up last Friday and Good Friday and baked them early. Now I have to make them again, this week.)

A fried egg, pork belly bacon (2 strips), garlic fried rice (just a smidge), oat porridge (oatmeal), a banana, and black coffee so strong it could sit up and bark.

I’ve been experimenting with foods and I’ve been able to add several back to my regime. These days I now regularly have apple juice with breakfast. I’ll eat an apple, too.

Sometimes on weekends I’ll have oatmeal. I like it with brown rice syrup.

Whirred in blender:
tofu, yogurt, almond milk, frozen strawberries, 2 T. nutritional yeast, fresh apricot, tsp of frozen peach.

vitamins.
