Unhealthy Obsessions for my Age

As long as you can make a living, and your interest(s) don't bother others, you can enhance the communities that would find your love/obsession interesting such as comic book conventions, if you host panels/workshops, and things like that. As long as it isn't affecting anyone negatively, then you're good in life.
 
I don't think having and enjoying special interests is a problem. Its very natural/normal behavior for us. As others have mentioned it works best when fit in at times when it does not negatively affect other areas of your life.
