@Flinty got so fed up with the rising cost of running a motor vehicle that he came up with the following environmentally friendly solution which he made entirely from left over parts found at his local scrap yard:

He calls it a "car horse hybrid" and he says "there's no better way to travel around the country, and wow you can even keep extra hay in the trunk for those longer trips". He's now hoping to get a patent for his new invention which he thinks will make a significant impact towards saving the environment.

@Fridgemagnetman finally qualified for the Gurning World Championship this year which was held in at the Egremont Crab Fair in the Lake District, Cumbria, United Kingdom.

After a fierce contest @Fridgemagnetman was bitterly disappointed to lose to his old rival Adrian Zivelonghi who is also known as Adrian from Coventry and to go home with nothing.

Here was @Fridgemagnetman's entry into the competition's first round:

Not bad, but sadly for him not good enough.

He now cant wait until next year when he says revenge will be sweet.

@OrSomething designed a new roommate for Ernie and Bert, named Herb, then later Clarence. Sesame Workshop got so angry that OrSomething is now deaf in one ear.

@Flinty's real name is Keith Beukelaer and after spending years getting ripped off by online "get rich quick" schemes he came up with another brilliant idea, why not become rich and famous by becoming a top singer. After a few years of hard work and practice @Flinty finally believed that he was ready to show the World that he can win American Idol.

A few years on @Flinty believes that Simon Cowell was in fact terribly prejudiced against him because he is actually an excellent singer with masses of talent and he continues to work towards his goal to become properly respected and recognised around the World. For some reason he still hasn't been signed by any record labels despite regularly sending off videos and recordings of his work to major labels such as Sony, Universal, Warner, EMI Etc, but he still remains totally convinced that with just a little more perseverance he will make the big time. He says, "Simon will be laughing on the other side of his face when I have a No.1 hit".

@Fridgemagnetman won the lottery, but spent half the money on pop rocks and the rest on dental fees to fix his teeth after eating all those pop rocks.

@OrSomething has started a mail campaign to her Member of Parliament to get a law passed to ban future duets between Barbra Streisand and any Canadian.

When @Flinty was younger he lived in the UK and worked part time as a labourer on a building site near the village of Warsop in the UK. Unfortunately he quickly found the job extremely tiresome and boring, so when his college left the keys in the ignition he thought this would be an excellent opportunity to break the monotony by taking the JCB out for a joy ride.

At the end he couldn't understand what the problem was or why he was being arrested. After being released on conditional bail by magistrates the following day he decided to go back to work and was genuinely shocked and surprised to receive such an unwelcome reception by his boss who of course fired him, after an argument he finally left protesting, "but I was a good driver".
