Preying on the Vulnerable: Electrodiagnostics, Bach Flower Remedies, and Sound Therapy for Autism...

That "therapy" seems to be just a bunch of random New Age psychobabble. The point is usually to convince the "mark" that the "practicioner" (sp?) knows what she (it's usually a woman) is talking about. There seems to be some sort of computer involved that is passed off to the marks as an artificially intelligent diagnosis tool. I am reminded of L. Ron Hubbard's famous belief that if a man (or woman) wants to make millions of dollars he/she should invent a new religion. That's basically what this is, more a religious faith healing belief than actual medicine. It's worth noting that when Hubbard created what eventually became Scientology he presented it as a revolutionary medical treatment for mental illnesses. Mental illness was the autism of the 1950s-a mysterious malady that stumped the brightest minds of the era. There was a vacuum, and it was quickly filled by snake oils.
