Hypochondria!

I have been very close to death more than once from acute illness. Also, a couple of times I thought I was going to die but it didn't turn out all that bad. These things happen and they change your POV relative to life.

I am lucky not to have any long term debilitating diseases. The notion of dying does not bother me. It is the process of getting there that's worrisome.

I have always suffered this, but for some years, it got better, but it has rared its ugly head and causes such terribly anxiety.

It is natural to have health issues, due to imperfection, but nevertheless, my brain goes into overdrive.

Woke this morning with one eye being blurred and my first thought: cancer? Or, am I going blind? And can feel the surge of heart panicking anxiety seeping through me.
Panic from when you've been dreaming I get it going to the doctor, fascistic dwp.
