Feeling extremely low again

Despite making my best efforts to get out and socialize like I’ve been posting on my status updates lately, I still feel very low in my overall emotional health. Today, I feel particularly low. At my age (37) and current life-status (Part-time work and no college degree.), can things still ever get better? I need to be strong but how can I keep going when I feel so weak?

This is the question you are continually asking yourself.
Whether things can get better.....

You've been going out to places and enjoying conversations
you've had with people. But you discount that, as if the activity
were of no value.

Review your eating and sleeping habits, regarding the feeling
of weakness. And stop discounting the incremental nature
of socializing.
