Hi everyone. Just wondering what favorite apps you might have and use often? Can be for iOS, android, desktop, anything goes. Can be absolutely anything you like, games, planning, relaxation, social media and so on.

Have you found anything that has helped with autism specifically?

There's not a whole lot I use. There's my banking app which is handy. There's also an app I use to help overcome anxiety called 'SAMapp' made by the University of West of England. That's been useful. It gives lots of helpful methods to distract yourself from it.

On my Windows 10 PC I use the Now TV app to watch programmes because the lazy sods still use Flash on their website last time I checked.

That's about it.

I love my faith's app: jwlibrary.

I also have a language translater, which is pretty accurate and from my faith too, there is a language one, so one can press on any language and it will speak in and in the correct accent.

I love my music app too.
