Disclosing Autism In Employment

I think that I briefly mentioned it on my application when I applied for my part time job but I normally don’t disclose my diagnosis with anyone unless I feel that I need to. I only mentioned it on the application as a way to explain that I need to walk away and vent if I get upset and need time to calm down because I didn’t want any episodes to affect my work.
