Ask A Stupid Question...

My cat Moglet, she shows no mercy (she's even mean to my poor old granny!!) so she'll whip them into shape within three hisses and a moggy growl, problem solved!

Would bats get footrush if they roosted upright?

(footrush)(head up) = (headrush)(head down)

The footrush incurred by a bat roosting
head up, would be equal to the headrush
experienced by a bat roosting in the usual
head down position.

A variation to this theory takes into account
the more or less equal distribution of the
footrush to each of the feet, depending on
whether the bat tends to lead with its left
or its right foot. This variation is expressed as:

[(footrush left) (footrush right)(head up)/2 etc.

What if I told you that Weebles wobble,
but they don't fall down?

Not that I really care whether or not weebles wobble or wibble or whaffle or fall over and die of eating too much pancakes, if the answer is known to mankind then crown that blessed soul a knighthood. That was the most random sentence i have ever thought. Lol.

Why CANT pugs fly?????? Its just not fair!!!

Pugs can fly, provided you are willing to pay the price.

Even though they have ears,
most doctors don't seem able to listen.
Why is that?

Fairies congregate in the ears of doctors for raves. They use a substance know as 'fairy dust' to enhance their rave experience. The side effects of the fairy dust on doctors is that it causes their brains to process auditory information differently that non-doctor folk.

What do Santa's elves do for fun?

Cuz you haven't looked in any 2nd hand shops.

Is this the thread where people ask stupid questions?

Probably.

Is this the thread where people answer stupid questions?

Yes.
You can tell it's not work, because you're not
getting paid to do it.

How can I get better at asking stupid questions?

I think there is a dummies guide to asking stupid questions. It's a rather thick book.

If I ask a stupid question when there is no-one around to hear me, is it still a stupid question?

Because they're sneaky. They're just infiltrating our lives so that one day soon they can take over and we'll just be their dutiful servants. It will called 'Meowism'

Does wearing a bowler hat make you better at cricket?

No, it won't help.
If you want to be a really good one,
like Jiminy, you need a top hat.

[I know cricket is a game, but this is about
as dumb as I can get. On purpose, anyway.]:p

Is it possible to cook a raw potato?

I don't know about cooking, but it's plausible.

Didn't this place used to have strikethrough fonts?

The ^ symbol is used primarily to
represent the eye of a squinty kitty cat.

What do fish drink?

Mercury, that's why they are so silver and shiny.

Does a single use of a squint cat eye, ^, represent a pirate cat, that is wearing an eye patch?

You have raised an important technical point,
which I have not yet seen adequately addressed.
Although I am not a licensed veterinary optician, I
believe use of the 'u' would portray a pirate's eye
patch pretty well. Other options may exist.

How long is a foot?

The length of a foot varies from person to person.
It general, men have longer feet than women.

What's in a ham sandwich?
