Writers Here?

Recently, I've been getting back into writing a lot. I've enjoyed writing as a hobby since I was in 3rd grade. As someone who has trouble with expressing myself verbally, writing has always been my outlet to share my feelings and ideas. Are any of you writers, and if so, what do you like to write about? I would love to hear your thoughts and any ideas you have!

I once had a entire discourse with my neighbor with notes. It ended with no issues. We never saw each other but we lived next to each other and l had to deal with their issue. Kind of a writing exercise.

Same!

I absolutely love writing – it is one of the things that has always brought me a sense of confidence and purpose. I recently went to graduate school and I was possibly the only person who truly loved the pages and pages of writing assignments.

I notice a pattern that I can often complete non-fiction pieces, but for whatever reason, all of my fiction writing kind of fizzles out and never gets finished. Those poor characters never get an end to their stories.

Currently, I am having fun here – expressing myself casually and kind of quickly, without too much worry about grammar and punctuation.

Thank you for the resources, @tree!

I've dabled in it over the last decade or so. I can be quite fun working out the stories. The actual writing/editing process is harder then rolling a log up hill though. I also usually stop only part way in. Mine have exclusively been in the Sci-Fi/Monster horror genre.
