What better way to control an invasive species than to eat them

If I want to criticize over an invasive species, I'll start with humans first. Unfortunately relying on cannibals to solve that particular problem isn't likely to happen.

Nevertheless, I suspect there are some of them out there who would love to invite you for dinner !

I like many different kinds of sea creatures, so its difficult to choose one. I will choose the Whale Shark.

Not really a "sea" creature as it needs brackish water, but the axolotl is cool. A salamander which retains it's larval features when fully mature.

With my favorite animal being the Manul, due to the "personality" and looks, Axolotl comes in as a close 2nd. They're just amazing, but I never want one as a pet. They deserve to live free in the wild.

My wife had an axolotl when she was young and put in her fish tank. They are carnivorous, so...

Manuls are cool, they are so perfectly suited to their environment. And look like cuddly flat headed house cats

What better way to control an invasive species than to eat them

The Gulf of Mexico is full of them. They may be tasty, but they are decimating our native fish populations. Also, those spikes are poisonous, so you have to be really careful in prepping them for cooking.

They're actually crustaceans, not insects (I mean probably still distantly related to cockroaches and other insects since its widely accepted nowadays that insects evolved from crustaceans and both crustaceans and hexapods [which includes three other subclasses no longer considered insects] are part of the clade Pancrustacea).

Very closely related to woodlice (AKA roly polys, pillbugs, and about a million other regional name).

And by 'very closely' I mean like they're both isopods and giant isopods very much look like their smaller land-dwelling crustacean cousins.
