I don't deal with it. It causes meltdowns and this is a huge trigger point between hubby and me and recently, my brother stayed and understood what my husband was saying and even to the point, saying it was me who had the issue.

Boy, the nt world is hard work.
I agree it is hard work. But it can be rewarding
 
Maybe that is why l practice not reacting emotionally to anything anymore, because people are trolls in real life. l feel my jobs are a bunch of trolls that are out to prove they are ???? The internet and real life interactions overlap and l see no difference really.
 
Neurotypicals are physically and mentally incabable of saying exactly what they mean and then get in a huff when they're misinterpreted like I'm a walking cypher capable of reading every subtle sign they throw up. It drives me up the wall.
