It seems to me Japan is taking steps on protecting the disabled and the mentally challenged,I see this as a good thing and also Japan is taking a proactive step that they must be offered employment

I have dreamed of living in Japan or East USA but i cant decide. I think id be more accepted in the US. Americans, how are Londoners treated by the natives, lol?
