In this thread, let's describe art forms or popular media, in a dull, matter-of-fact manner. You can add some bias, to your objective descriptions, if you wish. I'll give some examples:

(1) Sesame Street is a televised children's cartoon, featuring a variety of ridiculous, anthropomorphic puppets. Examples include: a restless, solecism-prone cookie glutton, a boorish trash can dweller, a reserved, pear-headed bore, and a fulsome, yellow, carrot-nosed ostrich. Bright colors and tangible motifs permeate the cartoon, while the unctuous cast fulfills the underhand purpose of inculcating educational messages into the minds of the spectating children.

(2) Scooby-Doo details the mystery-solving capers of a sundry, teenage quartet and their eponymous, anthropomorphic, canine glutton. The canine's esteemed coterie includes: i) a smarmy, pompadour-dewed fop, ii) a vain, red-headed dimwit, iii) a bespectacled, fishbowl-haired nerd, and iv) a serendipitous sloven with a penchant for defeatism. The detective quintet, referred to as "the gang," dispatches from a psychedelic van, and fortuitously apprehends batches of innocuous, Halloween-crazed masqueraders, whose so-called criminal activities involve scaring the general public.

Game of Thrones - TV Game show. Like 'Musical Chairs', but with thrones and losers are killed. 8 seasons.

Frasier- Show about a man who lives with his father and his father's home care worker. Man works at a call in radio show.

Columbo
A middle aged man who wears a raincoat in all weathers, drives a battered car to various locations asking questions in order to solve a crime the viewer has already "solved" by watching the pre-credits sequence.

The daily newspaper.
A large amount of paper pages filled with very little wanted information and
difficult to fold or handle while reading.
This problem can be solved by turning on the PC news page to see headlines you can easily pick and choose from.
One advantage of the newspaper vs online news is it's variety of uses.
Wrapping dishes when moving, birdcage liners, pet toilet training, to mention a few.
Spoiler Alert: If piled up in a corner it breeds silverfish. Something every household needs.
