Problems with Virgin Mobile account

Tried to log into my account on the app on my phone and every time it rejects my email address and password which I set up last year when I signed up to Virgin Mobile.

I rang 'em up this morning and they were worse than useless, typical Foreign call centre did not understand my strong Yorkshire accent, this seems to be an ongoing problem that most call centres can't or won't talk to me because they don't understand me even though I speak very clear English in a Sheffield accent.

Anyway, are there any other VM customers on here who might be able to help?

I don't have Virgin but I was doing a stupid thing trying to access my EE account the other day. Turns out I was using the one email account, I was sure I changed the registered account though to my new email address. Apparently not.

Might be the problem, worth trying any other emails you have.

I have 2 Gmail accounts and 1 Hotmail, the main one I use is my original Gmail account to sign up for and buy stuff, and I tend to use my Hotmail account for Xbox stuff and applying for jobs.

As I recall I signed up for Virgin Mobile with my original Gmail account.
