I haven't heard the driving advice. I think snow only happens occasionally in way north Florida.

I have no idea who owns a warm hat in Florida.

Instead of fiber powder.It's white and tasteless and odorless. I add it to oatmeal, soups, and cold cereals.
When I added milk to the cheerios, I smelled the foot powder which spared me from tasting it.

Firstly, a large percentage of Florida does get cold weather. Tampa, for instance, which is more than halfway down from the state's top, often has nighttime temperatures in the 40s and 30s.

Secondly, Floridians do travel.
