When you are at your lowest that deffinately is not the time to give up!
I found a great deal of help in vit D3 supplements. You need to mega dose until your D level is stabilized. Go for 4,000 or more IU a day. It will help so much!
Also, keep seeking out other things to help. Don't trust in your feelings as they are lieing to you.
