What are your fav words??
Mine are:
1) alchemy
2) synecdoche
3) cerulean

yeah... they don't come up very often in everyday convos but they sound so nice!

My favourite words.

- uh huh.
- awesome.
- lol
- lmao
- rofl

Not sure if that counts, but I frequently use those when I'm on MSN.

I have so many...but I guess one of my favorites that I can squeeze into most conversations is "conundrum".

ain't

yes, ain't is a word. It is in the dictionary. Why it became my favorite word? because me and a classmate had a fight once, and I picked up the dictionary to prove it is a word. Became my favorite.

ain't = am not for those who don't know.

A couple more words I like:

"Phosphene" - Just because I was fascinated to discover recently that there's actually a word for the weird lights you see when you rub your eyes.

"Lagniappe" - Because I always enjoy getting a nice little lagniappe of one kind or another (It's really a shame that I never get to use this word since most people have probably never even heard of it).

Amazing.

I use very frequently when I see, hear and find out something.
I can't even stop using that word for even a day.

irrevocably, irreparable, neoclassicism and any other affix-heavy words - like antidisestablishmentarianism (what a lexicological whopper)
