Favourite words!

Hmm, pretty much any non English cooking term. I love the reaction most of my band and crew give me when I threaten to feed them odd sounding things like aioli over asparagus and trout with beurre noisettte.

I get told, jokingly, to speak English to which I reply "But I'm talking cooking."
 
I like some words that mean where one thing is
