I have a Tsum Tsum plush of Dory that I usually hold in my hand, and that helps me fall asleep too....I'm not sure why, maybe it's because I generally find stuffed animals and soft textures soothing for sensory reasons. Wearing soft fuzzy socks to bed helps too, even though I might kick them off if my feet get too hot.
