Creating threads to sew

Joel's Hear

I'm here, at least for now
I'm not real sure I'm even going to post this, but i feel I might need to create a thread.

I don't have a lot to say and can't really give advice or feedback on other posts but I believe I need to try not using I again.

My wife is snoring; my son is shifting; my daughter is asleep.
A long bus trip awaits me tomorrow and we'll ride beside the ocean deep.
The moon is bright orange, perhaps it is a solar eclipse?
Me head is hurting a tad, did dad take too many sips?
Of strong chai tea, or is it simply stress? (Or cigarits)

Where is the world moving? Assuredly downhill.
People thought the dark was a mighty thrill.
But the shadow is nothing, it's not so cool.
When can dawn return, and with it the King his rule?

The girl is running in the dark.
Away from things not there in the start.
She stands and sways and falls into a daze,
But is awoken by the morning rays.

When will the everlasting nightmare end?
Speckled bright, but sadness rend.

The cold of heart will soon depart, forever, and in will fly the love from the sky.
