Can't cope well these days

Out of curiosity ... would you say that those who just want their own thoughts and views reinforced are those who are younger or do you think this is a trend among all ages?

To be honest, I don't know. But if I were to venture a guess, I would say it's applicable to all ages, but that those who are younger may be more likely to seek stuff out online rather than looking locally, given that, at least in the United States and Canada, community based groups where people might have met in decades past, such as houses of religious worship, fraternal, and service organizations aren't as popular and well attended.
