Asperger's and sneak eating

I have had that problem too. Not right now but it has come and go for many years. It´s like a need for some instant gratyfing sensation. It´s very difficult to sop, even if you know you´re going to regret it. I learn how to controll it, it has not happended for a long time, but I don´t know what I did, It just happened. I think it can be aspie related becuse of the anxiety, but of course everyone reacts different. I think it´s important not to forbbid it so extremly because it can be worst, at list in my case it was. Just being understanding and patient.

Just remembered.... I used to eat chocolate and put it at the same place with the same shape but empty... and it was something really cool for me.
Always when I was bored... and I still do it sometimes unconsciously.
My daughter do the same thing and my son too. The three of us in the spectrum... hahahaha... poor husband.
:D
