Could well be. Not a lot of parts...something one can do almost repetitiously and methodically.

Can you do it with next to no thought involved? I have two stims. One where I'm deep in thought (pacing) and the other (swaying) where I'm not thinking about much of anything.

I wouldn't consider shifting a car manually to be a stim, but it always amuses me how I can do it without really paying attention. As if my shift hand and clutch foot are part of the car rather than part of me. Go figure.

I had to think about this for a bit. I think no I can't do it with little thought. When i am doing it I am not thinking about the steps, but I am watching what is happening. If someone were to speak to me and I needed to pay attention, I would have to stop with the pen.

Oddly enough with your post I was thinking of those soldiers who can strip down their weapon blindfolded. Wondering how much of it is thought as opposed to touch alone. Just curious....:confused:
