A Most Random Truth!

I got 5 offers to read Master's of Business in Australia in different programs; though I am dismayed that my original first choice - the JD program in Sydney - did not accept me, but well, at least after USyd there's still QUT, which I also like :D I may do Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies/Human Resources there.

Another random truth: I am feeling really cool right now, after some self-reflection.

I get along well with most people so long as I keep doing only what I love, what I can do, and what I need to do for the world.

Those who want me to do 'other things', or not do the things I feel and know I can do, I am learning, and will learn, to ignore them.

I love doing things that are socially useful, especially if I can use my skills and talents to build a better place for all. Especially in terms of money, investments and the likes.
 
According to the news, citing a recent survey in QC, there are over 1000 houses of ill repute (yes, folks: whore houses & bordellos) here in Montreal (population of approx 1.7 million only!) & that number does NOT include strip joints (& other assorted jiggle bars), swingers clubs or escort agencies!!! WOWEE: no wonder personal bankruptcy rates are so high here. The mayor (a complete idiot) is talking about 'cleaning up' the city by 'cracking down' on such establishments (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!). That'll be the day. Why doesn't he just try stamping out HOCKEY (so many fights & injuries...) or shutting down POUTINE eateries (they're bad for the health, after all...) he'd likely meet with more success!
 
I have been playing serious catch up with a game on my phone because I lost all my game data for this game when I switched from my iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5S. All because I didn't play through Facebook. When I last left off on my iPhone 4, I was on chapter 12 of this game, and I am now about halfway through chapter 7. The game is Gardens of Time mobile. I am making up for 2 years of playing, and I "restarted" the game almost 2 months ago. It's faster this time because I'm done with school and have way too much free time. :laugh:

I really really really needed a quiet day off to do nothing much at all. I loafed in the spa in salty water for 2 hours! I watched a documentary about Amish people & then did nothing.
