I just drew up a budget allowing me to get out of the house and do things most weekends. I have an Uber wallet to get to and from an active bus station on weekends, it really is manageable if I get around like that.

I am wide awake since I took too long of a nap the past afternoon. I am thinking of hitting the gym again just to get the hell out of my house for another hour or so.
Sitting in a dark and heated room while sipping a cup of green tea and listening to Monster Magnet blasting through my speakers and shaking my living room.
Anybody have any cheese to go with my whines today? I love brie with crackers.
I wish I lived in a house that had a fireplace. I would light a fire tonight and curl up next to it with a thought provoking novel.

OK, I am over last week’s depression now. Which had less to do with mental health and more to do with the flu. Thank you all for your support during that time.
Roads are super icy outside. So are sidewalks. If it were not for that, I would walk to Taco Bell and get some bad Mexican food for dinner.

One of the goriest animes ever produced, yet absolutely none of it is gratuitous. Perhaps I should wait until I feel better before watching this animated gallery of tragedy. I do like that it comes from the POV of a family who objected to Japan’s involvement in WWII while it was happening, though.

I feel sick and I wish I could fall asleep until this bug passes through me.
I feel extreme depression today. I will call my doctor’s office when it opens.
Half of my family including myself now has the flu. This explains a lot about why I feel like crap emotionally today. -
