OK, I have an appointment in a couple of weeks to try out different CPAP masks to find one that will work for me. I probably am going to shave my beard off in the name of getting a much better sleep. RIP beard.

Sleep apnea is one of my largest problems today, and I think it may be a contributing factor to my on and off depression the last couple of months.
I feel like falling asleep and not waking up again. Dreams are more fun than my reality.
I feel like hibernating until the cold weather outside ends.
I am having trouble staying awake at my desk today, and I do not know why. I know I have untreated sleep apnea, none of the masks work for me.
I feel like smoking some weed and listening to Sleep. You have to be stoned to appreciate that band.
I just drew up a budget allowing me to get out of the house and do things most weekends. I have an Uber wallet to get to and from an active bus station on weekends, it really is manageable if I get around like that.
I am wide awake since I took too long of a nap the past afternoon. I am thinking of hitting the gym again just to get the hell out of my house for another hour or so.
Sitting in a dark and heated room while sipping a cup of green tea and listening to Monster Magnet blasting through my speakers and shaking my living room.
Anybody have any cheese to go with my whines today? I love brie with crackers.
I wish I lived in a house that had a fireplace. I would light a fire tonight and curl up next to it with a thought provoking novel.
Does anybody want to binge watch this with me?
I feel like hosting a sober movie watching party. Ginger ales, a veggie tray, buffalo wings and some grand Hollywood epics. Who wants to join me for something like that?

OK, I am over last week’s depression now. Which had less to do with mental health and more to do with the flu. Thank you all for your support during that time.
Roads are super icy outside. So are sidewalks. If it were not for that, I would walk to Taco Bell and get some bad Mexican food for dinner.
So, who plans on seeing Cocaine Bear in the cinemas this weekend? -
