    Ostracization is a deliberate and malevolent process.

    Yet I can't help but wonder if societal indifference is worse, and whether we must accept it in the case of mathematical disparity. Where majorities of people vastly outnumber minorities. When we are either shunned or simply ignored.

    Either way it does play with our perception, and not in a good way at times.

    It is wise to remember that no one is obligated by law or "morality" to acknowledge your existence. If fact, "Ghosting" is one of the most effective tools of self-defense that anyone could put into practice. One's self-esteem and identity should not depend on how much attention one receives.

    My uncle told me I am worthless and that I can't go out and do yoga because he is more important. I said I have to go out anyway. He said he don't care in a more filtered way. I cried. I feel useless. I wish I was dead. Mayve next year I will fund a painless way to end it all. I can't live lonely like this.

    I had a dream that an attractive red headed woman was rubbing my back in the right places in the park. Then the annoying phone rang waking me up and it was a robo call. I wish my dream would come true.

    I don't want to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family. It's miserable. My mother yells at everyone and causes many problems with my father and uncle. The real celebrations were potlucks at the park and church events not the holiday at home. That's hell.

    I am from the USA but I keep forgetting people from the UK and other countries don't celebrate Thanksgiving. They go straight from Halloween to Christmas.

    Canadian Thanksgiving falls on the second Monday in October (which in the US is a different holiday).

    We just go straight from Easter to Christmas here. :) But we do have St. Lucia's Day right before Christmas, I have heard they don't have that everywhere else.
