  • My insomnia came back after a month of great sleep.

That's about how it happens for me, too. I've never made it to 2-3 months in a row

Two days in a row of no sleep. I am so weak I can barely walk never mind go to the gym. I could do yoga but it's canceled. I also barely ate anything.
My yoga studio is moving in September. Problem is might not be local so I won't be able to go no more. I looked at other studios but they might to be too advanced for me. There is nothing for beginners like where I am going now. So it looks like only the gym is in my imidiate future.

That’s disappointing, Tony, based on how much you seem to like it there. After all your time there, are you sure you’re not ready for the next level? Maybe you could find a new studio after all. It seems like it has been such a positive influence for you.
I was so excited approaching and talking to a woman last night that I woke up at 2 am. Had insomnia thinking about it all night tossing and turning. I am so weak and tired I could not do morning yoga. I plan on going to evening yoga.
I went to this crowed place tonight. I handled it. I talked to this woman I meet there. We had a nice conversation.

I was so excited talking to her that I woke up at 2 am and could not go back to sleep properly. I been tossing and turning all night. I am so weak I had to skip yoga this morning. I am still tired.
I am skipping the gym for two days, going Saturday then taking two days off again . I feel totally exhausted going six days a week and doing yoga seven days including twice Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening. I just hope I don't gain weight.

When you get back to it, consider using a vitamin dense protein drink powder. Mix it with whatever milk or milk alternative you like. Throw in a banana for extra potassium.

Maybe let someone you trust know that you need help to figure it what your body needs for being more active. I hope you get some good rest and feel better soon. Your motivation and dedication to maintaining a workout routine is quite impressive though!

Also, muscle is more dense and heavier than fat. The number of pounds (or kg) won't go down as quickly as the inches (or cm) will. Don't look at the numbers, instead feel how your body moves easier and feel how your mood is changed and notice your posture improving that's where your results start and the body will eventually tone up after all that other stuff happens first.
Yoga is really helping me with my social anxiety. I complement an attractive woman at the park on how friendly her dog was. I also talked to an attractive woman after yoga class tonight about the teacher and class. Something I could not do last year.

Hey great news, you are helping others by sharing your success here too. Big shout out to you for sharing your journey.
My great day got ruined by my parents, there bad attitude and foul mouths. I hear most profanity from them more than total strangers which is much less.
We had church in the park. I socialized with a woman. I sat next to her after for a picnic for over a half hour and chatted. I am getting better at this stuff.
Had a stress free day today. Only student at yoga class. Good workout at the gym. Quiet non humid day at the park. Chilling with classic Trance.
I was forced to listen to Radiohead - Creep in it's entire and I handled it fine. It was annoying but I stayed calm.

That one word in there bothered you, but you put up with it?

I like the Haley Reinhart, Postmodern Jukebox cover.

My friend Justin sung it and played it on guitar at the park last year but he sung the clean version. So much better.

I agree that the F word used as a modifier really doesn't add to the value or meaning of the lyrics.

I don't miss it when it's not there. (Like in the Haley Reinhart cover.)
I been to the yoga and the gym six days this past week. I weight myself today. I am 286 pounds. I lost another 5 pounds this week.

Great news. You are achieving quite alot. It's very hard for people to give up adoration of food, it comforts us. This is control of what you consume. Give yourself a pat on the back. You are cutting down your medical bills. Covid affected people who were way overweight. It really targeted this group. We aren't meant to walk around overweight, it taxes our heart. Said this.
I approached an attractive woman after yoga how was the class. She was so friendly. She talked to me. She also helped me holding my bag to put my mat in.
Google will now force block and blur any cleavage in images even if it's not nude but they will show explicit language uncensored with safe search on.

    Sounds like you're dis-satisfied on 2 counts.
What do you plan to do about that?
    Use another search engine?

Any cleavage? Seems a little ridiculous, kinda basically assuming women's bodies are just sexualised objects that need to be hidden and censored. If there were nude images, then I could understand the need to censor. But to be impartial, they should do the same with images of men's chests.

I looked this up out of curiosity. The thing can be turned off (so it says, anyway)
How can I resist the urge to look at attractive woman? They are literally everywhere.

This urge to look isn't the problem, is it?
If there's a *problem* it would be what you say to yourself when
    you see them.
Why are there no events Friday or Saturday evening for me? Those nights are so boring for me.

Room for trying something totally new, perhaps?
I though third time was a charm. That woman I been talking to was at the Wednesday dinner this evening. At the end I took a elevator and walked her outside to say goodnight. I still chickened out by not exchanging numbers.

What if you forget about getting her number and just enjoy her company so you are not stressing about it?

Then you could relax and let things happen naturally.

There is no rule stating you must
    1. Speak to girl.
    2. Exchange numbers.
    3. Coffee date.

She said she was single so now I know that. But you are right. I enjoy her company. I do get overwhelmed and stressed thinking of those three rules.
Once again after church I talked to a woman I meet last week. Again I had an opportunity to ask to exchange numbers during the end of our conversation as she seem interesting in talking to me more, but I blew it by saying nothing, chickened out yet again.

It just seems like a perfect opportunity missed. I did Google "too afraid to ask a girl her number" and it's quite common, not a ASD thing either.

Sounds like you're close to the time when asking for a number
will be a thing you can do. When it's comfortable enough for
    you, you'll do it.

I keep on telling you to think like a cat. My little furballs are never shy about asking for what they want.
