  • Still on the road… :/ It has been hours. All this for someplace I don’t even want to go!

Lol! I was stopped at a rest area when I wrote that! I would never text while driving!
And I’m not driving anymore lol

yay. Not driving. Back home, you are?

Yes, got home around 9:30 after having been in the car for about 8 hours total today…
Driving out of state several hours away for a family reunion in a few hours. Eww. At least the place is dog friendly. Bringing all of mine.

how many dogs do you have luca? (maybe luca comes with a large truck : D)

6, and a large truck. Lol
It's only 2pm and I have already walked 4 dogs today, plus taken care of a guinea pig, a bird, a rabbit, and a fish.
Going to an agility workshop with Enzo tomorrow. I think this dog has the potential to do anything. I never had a dog that made me so proud!

Dog V2 liked agility though it was mostly because he got to climb up high and look around. EBT's are not good at the weave though!

The trainer deserves to take a bow, too.
I hate that everyone measures success by if you have finished college. I’m running a business and people still say that I’m a loser.

A bit of paper that says you have passed something does not mean that you can do something out in the real world. There are many people out there who started from nothing with virtually no qualifications. Some are billionaires now.

I would try to successfully ignore those people. You very obviously have an impressive life going on.

Thanks everyone. I don’t agree with what those people said, and I measure success by having accomplished something that gives you a sense of purpose and doesn’t make you miserable. I don’t agree with the standards that most people measure success by. I don’t think you need to be wealthy or have a fancy degree or even be married.
Successful day all around, and I have to be up at the crack of dawn to do it all over again tomorrow (but at a conformation show this time.)

I will also add, very sweet of you to think of me and show it to me, thank you :)

To make it more realistic there need to be more turds. These are to represent the lazy people who don't clear it up. ;)

So what you do is clean up after them and then sell it back to them as face packs for cleansing their pores...
Realizing just how unhinged some of my clients are. The way these people do literal business interactions is bonkers.

As someone with a foot in each camp, I keep telling ya: Some NDs overestimate NTs and think they are oh so functional and ahead. Nope. Just Homo allegedly sapiens like everybody else! :)

You have to have a cancelation policy. A lot of businesses do. Cancel 24 hour policy, or 12 hour policy,, get a credit card, charge 25 dollars if timeframe isn't honored.

I think part of this is people simply do not think nor plan ahead anymore. Society is officially doomed. ;)
So country music tropes? And I bet Nashville's idea of it. Me, I enjoy Western Swing like that from Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys.
The people who live in my town are basically country music tropes personified.

...worked as a maid during university to make ends meet and these people's teenage sons would defaecate into cupboards and ask her to clean it up. Or deliberately block the toilet with big bogs. Totally disgusting. And she needed the money. Just treated her like garbage. There's a lot of it about...

And then people say to others, "You're like an animal!" and it's actually an insult to all other animals... who do not behave like some specimens of Homo allegedly sapiens...
I haven’t been as active on here because my business is doing really well. I have had to hire a couple of people because I’m overwhelmed.

My other trainer is advertising my business on Facebook and Instagram (I don’t have them so she’s in charge of social media) and I have been getting a ton of phone calls. Never have I thought this was even a possibility for me because everyone told me I’d never be successful and that I was too stupid to be a businessperson.

People have underestimated me and said I had no potential for my entire life but I’ll be laughing all the way to the bank LOL

Nice to hear! :) And people, schmeople. We're flat out at the moment too. Make sure you have some "me-time"! I may have a nap after lunch myself today, to divvy up my to-do list...
Went and talked to a doctor about a hysterectomy today. Looks like that might be the smartest plan for what I’m dealing with.

crewlucca_ While i dont know your current level of pain or medical situation, I think you should really think this over. Hysterectomy is a permanent change to your body that will render you sterile forever.

I know you said that you don't want children, but my mother thought the same at your age too. Her mind changed when she got older so please consider that this may happen with you too (as it does with others at times). I'm not trying to dissuade you, i'm just providing some food for thought. whatever treatment you decide on, i hope you find relief from your pain.

It’s not just that I don’t want children, I have a phobia of being pregnant. I was adopted and I would rather adopt. My doctor said a hysterectomy is a relatively common solution for the pain I’m dealing with. I’m actually not even sure if I’m capable of getting pregnant or not, sometimes people with my condition are sterile.
I had a really bad day. I had to take a sedative to go to sleep and I didn't sleep until 1pm. I was in pain and crying and shaking all night

That sounds horrible, Luca. I really hope something can be done about this soon. I had crippling dysmenorrhoea as a young adult and it didn't get better until they curetted me. Then it was 95% better. All the over-the-counter painkillers and the prescribed anti-prostaglandins barely touched the pain. That kind of pain is miserable and I'm sorry you're going through that. Hugs.

By the way, a friend of mine who was similarly afflicted said she nearly didn't make it to hospital on time with her first baby because she thought labour pain was going to be worse than what she had experienced all her life. And she says it wasn't...
I’m actually being pushed over the edge. 1 hour of sleep due to health issues and then my parents gaslighting me. I can’t keep doing this.

That's not good. Lack of rest makes it worse. Nap?

See I would block my parents out my mind. I would end up really hating certain situations. They could be verbal tirade against me. I just would not react. Their words would mean nothing. I think it's what made me become so messed up.

You could always try that. Just not care what they think say or do.

I have been napping but now I have to go pick something up.
My head feels so foggy. I wouldn’t wish chronic illness and chronic pain on anyone. :(
