I'm not exaggerating btw. Today I had two last-minute cancellations, someone rescheduled literally five minutes before I showed up at his house, and one person was a no-show when I knocked on her door, then texted me and said she was running late, and never followed up. Wth?!

Is this what "normal" people are like?? I'm not exactly a mature or a classy and proper person but I would never behave like this. I'm going to start charging people extra for last minute cancellations. These people are dysfunctional as hell.

It's definitely more than like 70% of them who are like this too!!! Significantly less than half of the people I work with show up on time, cancel a few days in advance, or give me 24 hours notice when they need me. Ridiculous.
