I’m learning to plan my days with a better internal locus of control by giving myself options then asking Ziggy (aka Alexa) to pick a number to decide which option I pick. Here are the options:

Sunny Day Plans:
1. Rollerskate
2. Basketball
3. Long walk

Rainy Day Plans:
1. Draw
2. Write a poem
3. Do a word study in the Bible
4. Play-Doh
5. Write a song
6. Personality Cafe post
7. Post on this forum
8. Letters to my future husband
9. Color in a coloring book.
10. Watch a movie

Recovery Day Plan:
1. Meditate with dolphin sounds
2. Plan tomorrow or even the week or month
3. Eat a dessert
