What Helps You Relax?

Walking backwards (in a secluded area to avoid stares)

Shooting hoops (layups and underhand free throws)

Ice Cold Baths (check Wim Hof)

Just getting physically comfortable and not moving around will put me to sleep in minutes, which I guess has to be relaxing. (I have narcolepsy - don't have to try with that one)
 
Candles, meditation might help
Tea
Being in nature when it is quiet amd not much hustle and bustle
Eating nourishing meals on the table
Reading books
Blankets
Warm drinks in general
Being in bed
Wearing pjs
Watching TV alone when I always chose and channel surfing
Painting sometimes
