Getting back into shape this year. Need to drop the 80+ pounds caused by five years of meds. Let's do this! Jan 5, 2022

Can you play Bach's Toccata&Fugue? We were treated once when we heard an organist practicing in an old church, and asked him that question. Fantastic experience - just the two of us and the beaming church organist playing this gem of a piece to us on an impressive pipe organ; filled the whole place!

Which one? If you're talking about T&F in D Minor (BWV565), I can play the toccata, but not the fugue.

Good luck with your exercise programme. I'm trying to motivate myself to do Pilates at home (I used to go to classes when we didn't live remote) to get that core strength back where it should be.

Wow. Been three years. Still dealing with the same crap--anxiety, agoraphobia, est. Only it's gotten worse.

Really bad headache last night. Didn't sleep at all. Wondering if it's from too much anxiety/stress.

Note to self, and other agoraphobics/anthrophobics--Don't ever go to Walmart during the Christmas season--too many people, too crowded!

Definitely! Start shopping in July! Shopping in the Christmas season is a nightmare. Everyone is so aggressive, as well... Gives me the heebie jeebies.

May have narrowed my social phobia down to two possibilities: Agoraphobia or Anthropophobia. Talking to my counselor this PM, we'll see...
