the OCD monster

dont if mine is ocd yes i think it is got this thing about having things im using lined up in groups got look exactly like i imagine the perfect image
as im asthmatic i cant do it as much
 
i have both,but i am informally diagnosed with OCD,rather than it being written in my records,i think it was last year the shrink mentioned it, the obsessive intrusive thoughts are the worst for me,i was taught mindfulness meditation as a way to help.
 
Yes. Being on the spectrum in itself doesn't necessarily impact me unless I interact with others.

But my OCD "taxes" me round the clock, whether I am with others or completely alone. :(
